Kulaterra is a refined mid-century-inspired villa that embraces simplicity, openness, and
natural light. The design centers around uncluttered spaces, functional flow, and a rich palette
of natural materials — particularly warm wood and soft terracotta tones.
Large openings invite daylight deep into the home, creating a vibrant and airy atmosphere
throughout the day. At the heart of the villa lies the open kitchen — a space intentionally
designed by the owner, who envisioned a social hub for cooking, entertaining, and
connecting with friends. The result is a timeless yet deeply personal space that blends
elegance with a sense of belonging.
