Perched on a hillside with sweeping views of the ocean and surrounding coconut groves, Coconut Heights is designed as a private sanctuary that blends modern tropical minimalism with raw island textures. The villa embraces open-plan living, earthy materials, and breezy transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Built to reflect slow island living, it offers a tranquil haven in the heart of nature.
Set in the serene village of Tumbak Bayuh, Gyara is a twin villa designed as a peaceful retreat for a family from Jakarta. Balancing practicality with warmth, the space offers a welcoming ambiance for their seasonal visits to Bali. The villa is crafted as a cozy home away from home, with thoughtful details that support comfort and ease. When not in use by the family, Gyara is made available for guests to rent and enjoy.
This charming family villa is owned by a warm and adventurous Dutch couple with three children. Designed to reflect both comfort and connection, the home fuses a modern European interior sensibility with tropical Balinese charm. It features expansive living areas, open-air lounges, and a lush garden space ideal for play and relaxation.
